If a customer puts in expenses that seem too low, we will need to reconfirm them over the phone. Expenses don’t need to be exact, but they need to be reasonable.
We will need 2 x payslips & the solar quote. If the application is more than $24,600 we will also need bank statements.
If a customer doesn’t have any of these documents, they don’t need to upload them, but we will need them before a formal submission.
