Step 1: Quote the customer repayments.

• To do this, you’ll need to use our online calculator.
• This can be accessed via the website, the login, or via API, e.g. through Pylon.
• You can generate a formal quote to be sent to your customer, or just quote them the numbers.

Step 2: Submit an application.

• There are multiple ways of accessing the application form:
  1. You can submit yourself and creating “New Commercial” application after logging into the portal.
  2. You can forward the details of the client (name, phone, email, system specs) and we can do the application over the phone.
  3. You can send the customer your unique referral link. The customer can then complete the application on their own.

Step 3: Wait for Solaris to get formal approval

• This usually takes 24 hours but can depend on the financier.
• During this process we are mainly checking the customer’s credit file for issues.

Step 4: Obtain remaining documents from the customer

• Once the loan is formally approved, we will notify you via email.
• The email will contain a list of “settlement conditions” we require returned in order for payment to be received.
• You can also access this list on the portal.
