Settlement Conditions

• Once a loan is approved, settlement conditions will be added to the loan.
• Put simply, we need all conditions back in order to make payment.
• We suggest holding off on installation until we have received all documents from the customer.
• You can upload these directly to the portal, or you can email it through to the team.
• Below is an example of what a deal would look like with outstanding conditions.

Ready for Install

• Once all conditions from the customer have been received, we will move the deal to the “Ready for Install” stage.
• You can now proceed with install. There won’t be any hold ups from the customer side.
• Once installation is complete, upload or send us the remaining documents from your side (usually only serial numbers) and we will process your payment in 24 hours.
