- The customer will need to call Community First on 1300 13 22 77.
- If it is a joint loan, both customers will need to speak to Community First.
- Community First will ask very standard compliance questions.
- We are NOT allowed to call on behalf of the customer and transfer the line to Community First.
- You are allowed to prompt the customer to call Community First, but the customer will need to make the call on their own volition.

What if I still haven’t been paid?
- After the call is complete, funds will be transferred within 4-48 hours.
- If funds have not been transferred after that time, please email

with the date and time the customer called and we will follow up for you.
