<aside> ➕ On deals more than $24,500, Solaris need to obtain bank statements from the customer. The process required to go through these bank statements is rather cumbersome and as a result we have to chart an extra fee.

On deals more than $24,500 Solaris will charge a 5% or $1,500 fee (whichever is less). All fees have been loaded into the calculator.
