How long till approval?

• 24 hours AFTER the customer has submitted all documents.
• After the loan is formally submitted, we need to call the customer to complete the compliance call.
• We also use this opportunity to follow up any missing documents (e.g. Payslips)
• If the customer does not answer the phone, or does not respond with documents, this 24 hours timer does not start.

How long till I get paid?

• After the customer has called Community First, it can be anywhere from 4-48 hours.
