‼️ Since the majority of customers go through Community First, the general process will be skewed towards their processes.
If we need to send the customer to another financier, the process may be different.

Step 1: Quote the customer
- To do this, you’ll need to use our online calculator.
- This can be accessed via the website, the login,
- If you’d like, you can load the calculations into Pylon.
Step 2: Submit an application
- Due to NCCP regulation, the customer MUST complete this on their own. A supplier cannot assist a customer with an application.
- All applications must be submitted via referral links. To learn more about how referral links work, click here.

Step 3: Wait for Solaris to get formal approval
- Once an application is submitted Solaris will need to call the customer to:
- Ask standardised compliance questions.
- Collect any missing paperwork. If the customer has uploaded everything during the application, this will not be required.
- After the call has been completed there is a 24 hour turnaround time for approvals.
Step 4: Install solar system
- At this stage, you’ll receive an approval email from Solaris confirming you can proceed with installation.
Step 5: Ask the customer to call Community First
- Once installation is complete, to disburse the funds the customer will need to call Community First.
- They will ask their own compliance questions and then release the funds.
